2013 Ableton Push and Live 9 Tour
We are hosting the first for BAM Ableton Live 9 workshop featuring Ableton certified trainer and Northwest resident Jake Perrine. Artist, Ableton Certified Trainer, author of 'Power Tools for Ableton Live 9' and Lead Trainer at Warp Academy, Jake Perrine joins Bellevue American Music and Ableton for a detailed demonstration of what Push and Live 9 are capable of - including a first-hand look at the new Push melodic step sequencer, just announced for Live 9.1. If you’ve never experienced Push or Live 9 first-hand or are simply looking to enhance your skills, this is your chance to learn from a true Ableton expert. Often we hear the “objection” to paying sales tax, from people that live here, like living here, like what the local scene is about, kids attend school, they like police and fire protection and the bigger picture is about sending your hard earned money out of this state to support those that really could care less about anything other than shipping a box to an unknown person tat they will never hear from again. There is a much bigger picture that we seems to have been blinded to by the LCD monitors and the ‘fashionable’ way to buy a box. What you buy when you shop locally is what locals put on the table for you. Unmeasurable and priceless value by any standard. So what we hear now is raising the sales tax, possible state income tax when all this can be obviated by a little deeper thought.
A new Avid M Audio BAM event
Your evening with Avid will feature Rande Vick, Avid District Manager will present a brief overview of new Avid products followed by Jeremiah Ellison ( scroll down ) , Pro Tools Product Specialist and Summer NAMM presenter will be diving into Pro Tools 10. He'll have an Mbox and an Axiom Pro controller in hand. This evening’s event will be broken into halves – the intro to Pro Tools covering very basic Pro Tools info and then we will be showing MIDI in Pro Tools, and finally Advanced Mixing techniques.
And a little secret, there will be a great give-a-way but don’t tell!
Two lucky attendees will take home either a copy of Pro Tools MP and a Pro Tools instrument expansion pack. So if you’re not here you can’t WIN!
Jeremiah Ellison grew up in the Motor City, Detroit Michigan. After graduating from the Detroit Recording Institute with honors he went on to become chief recording engineer at Livewire Music/Audio Post. Jeremiah has worked with Eminem, D-12, Jaguar Wright (Roots) and recorded Obie Trice’s “2nd Rounds on me” album. In his current role with Avid, your likely to find him demonstrating the latest and greatest products Avid has to offer at trade shows and festivals across the country.

This sale event will feature a day and evening with Martin Guitars and a FREE RESTRING of your acoustic guitar. Our doors will open at 10:00 AM and we will be issuing restring numbers so get in early get a number and get yours done. We will not accept any more guitars for stringing after 3:00 PM so you may have to have lunch here with us. That’s because the boys have to rest and prepare to entertain you with the Craig Thatcher clinic workshop.
